Williams-Sonoma Recipe

Very tasty, though I found the stock to be a little bland–Used Williams-Sonoma Beef Stock Concentrate.

Could have stood a tad more of  the concentrate than what the directions stated for making 1 quart of stock.

A guillotine greatly helps with slicing the onions super thin an evenly.

Gruyere is fucking good.

& only used half a stick of butter (that’s good right?).
